Ubisoft top-dog Yves Guillemot has pledged to release eight games for Nintendo's new handheld, 3DS, during the launch window period.

The are: Rayman, Splinter Cell, Combat of Giants: Dionsaurs 3D, Asphalt 3D, Rabbids 3D, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, James Noir's Hollywood Crimes and Driver Renegade.

Guillemot was speaking at the Nintendo 3DS European press conference which is on going.
