ChampMan dev turns to cricket

Beautiful Game Studios reveals new game.

Beautiful Game Studios, developer of the once high and mighty Championship Manager, has unveiled a new game.

No not Championship Manager 2012, but Big Cup Cricket for iPhone and iPod Touch.

Like Championship Manager 11 on iPhone, Cricket has been built only for those touch-screen platforms, which means fast and fluid and responsive gameplay - at least in theory.

It's not a cricket management game, by the way, but a cricket action game. You bat and you bowl and you order your team into the best positions to catch opponents out.

There's no word on a date nor a price. Those tend to come last minute from Apple.
