New levels on the way for PSN shmup.

PlayStation Network shoot 'em up Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype is getting its first DLC pack, publisher eastasiasoft has announced.

The update, called The Last Chapter, adds three stages, 13 challenges, 11 additional trophies and a brand new ending.

Developer SideQuest Studios is also readying a free patch to go live at the same time, which adds a new 'Massive Attack' difficulty setting among other minor tweaks.

Both the DLC and the patch will be available in early November, priced $4.99 in the US. No UK price has yet been confirmed.
