Dragon Age 2 pre-orders get free content

BioWare announces Signature Edition.

Pre-order Dragon Age 2 before 11th January and you'll receive a free upgrade to the game's Signature Edition, developer BioWare has announced.

Said Signature Edition includes a download code for an additional playable character, new missions, the game's soundtrack and an exclusive digital armory. BioWare reckons that adds up to an additional $20 of content.

The BioWare Signature Edition is only available via pre-order and online purchase on or before January 11th 2011.

Dragon Age 2 hits PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 11th March 2011. Eurogamer's Tom Bramwell went hands-on with the sequel to BioWare's RPG back in August.
