Deadly Premonition dated

Xbox 360 horror hits UK in October.

Divisive Xbox 360 horror game Deadly Premonition will release in the UK on 29th October, publisher Rising Star Games has announced.

Access Games' open world scare-em-up is set in Greenvale, a Twin Peaks-inspired secluded rural town in North West America.

The Twin Peaks comparisons continue: you play a FBI Special Agent called Francis York, and have to solve the brutal murder of a local girl. You have to shave, shower and eat, or you'll start to smell. Really.

You can also play darts and fish. The game costs 25 quid.

Chris Schilling reviewed Deadly Premonition for Eurogamer in April, awarding it 7/10.
