Ubi Soft has revealed a few details of the PC and console remake of 80s classic Prince of Persia. Most intriguing is the effort to create an extremely detailed animation system, and a physics system capable of animating hair, clothing and wall hangings in real time.
Elsewhere, the camera work should prove interesting what with a main camera that's freely moveable, and a combat camera that's designed to give the fighting sequences the feel of a Hong Kong action movie. Nice. Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is due out before the end of the year on PC, Xbox, PS2 and GameCube, though though the team is concentrating on the completion of the console versions over the PC port
