RoboForge - win $10,000

Liquid Edge Games have just announced RoboForge, a new multiplayer game which allows players to construct their own robotic gladiators, practice against AI opponents, and then take the battle online over the internet to play against real human opponents.

The most interesting aspect of the game though is that the developers are promising daily tournaments using the game, with cash prizes for the winners. Liquid Edge are expecting thousands of players to take part in the tournaments, and prizes could reach $10,000. Not bad for a day's work! "Top players will become true gaming professionals with Roboforge - it's a gamers dream come true", said CEO Darren Green.

The game will be released exclusively over the internet at a budget price of just US$30 (about UK£20), or $20 if you pre-register before the end of August. To find out more, read the press release and then head over to the RoboForge website for some screenshots of the game in action.
