The third game in the Yakuza series has recently be revealed to be a PS3 exclusive. Set in the Edo dynasty during the early 17th Century, Yakuza 3 is focussed on the exploits of Japan's most famous swordsman: Musashi Miyamoto. No relation.

Not sure about the music, or indeed the whole style change. I think I'll miss the whole suited shade-wearing businessmen angle, and of course the ability to do someone in with a neon sign/traffic cone/bicycle.
And that tortoise racing looks awesome
