City of Hero developers Cryptic Software were announced as partners with Microsoft Game Studios for the creation of this online PC title.

    Microsoft funding a console-based MMO by the people who made City Of Heroes and City Of Villains in the Marval universe. On paper this reads like a thing of beauty.

    Considering how much bickering went on between Marvel and Cryptic in the past it's amazing this is happening, but still, great news. If they can make in interface that works well on the 360 this could be the game that ruins my life again :)

    yeah, but its just business innit. protecting your copyright and all. if you aren't seen to protect it then you can lose those rights. and it was all out of court settlementiness.

    and lets face it, who are the first people you'd go to if you want to do a licenced superhero mmo?

    or, to put it a different way, i look forward to teaming with you again kal :)

    10 -1 you won'r be able to play as any marvel character anyway (a server with 200 wolverines on it? oh great) so why bother?
    I'll stick with CoH
