When he says "exclusive this Spring" does he mean "it's coming in Spring and it's exclusive", or does he mean "it's exclusive until the summer"?

According to Levine there'll be an in-game trailer shown today from the more recent build of the game. When it will be released on the net is not confirmed, hopefully somebody shaky cams it.
