I didn't neg you. But your question was neither very insightful or interesting. Why the comedy videos? Because they are funny (obvious) but, much more relevant in this case, because that 1 comedy video shows you everything you need to know about Wii Dare and how pointless it is.

I'd say it demonstrates better than any review whether the game is going to work for you or not. That, and it made me laugh.

Bollocks.

It doesn't show shit. That tells me about as much about the game as the dodgy promo video. It's just a piss take of that, not a critique of the game itself.

My original question wasn't supposed to be insightful, but there's a worrying trend towards comedy skits on game sites with most being very hit and miss and more often than not really cringe worthy.

This is one of the better ones, I'll give you that.
