Looks like generic MMO combat, with this years graphics.

Looks a lot more exciting thant WoW combat, but still fairly static.

I still don't understand why people think this is going to be better then WoW... it looks identical to WoW in almost every way.

And I'm not just talking about this one video, but every video I have seen of this game.

I'll stick to GW, thank you very much.

They should stop releasing videos for this. Each one makes my initial uber excitement for this wane more and more. Decidedly meh.

Looks like crap. The warhammer property is a bit of a dilemna because the characters and races aren't terribly exciting. The board game was all about collecting units, customizing them with your hobby kit, then meeting up with friends. It was very much a hands on experience. All the units in this clip are cookie cutter. The combat lacks any interesting elements. The visual design is highly questionable for such a big title. What a shame.

To say that the Warhmmer universe is lacking in substance is a bit of a weird comment really mate. The tabletop game and the fiction that is written about its universe (and for that matter, 40k as well) are, in my eyes, completely different and has a lot of depth & character to it. The only trouble with Warhammer is that its generic fantasy (dwarves, orcs etc) that gets done a lot (40k on the other hand is quite unique).

As for this game, well....it looks crap! Just hope the 40k MMO thats supposed to be in production actually uses the 40k universes races and their backgrounds well.

Looks a bit underwhelming indeed. Not much variety in the attack animations is there? Still interested in seeing how it turns out though.

Yeah, I'm still interested as well, but it has to be said that Guild Wars looks better than this and that's three years old.
