Looks good and I trust Relic with the WH40K license.

    Finally some footage, looks great!

awesome, just what WH40k needed, an actual decent for once!

True to I.P.? Orks don't have red blood.

But thats only nitpicking. As a fan of the universe I'll get this if the reviews are anyway postive.

Looks great, can't wait for it.

@WarlikeRouge, I thought they did, it's just their skin pigment is green? I'll see if I can back this up, being Geeky, i must know now.

Not a Warhammer follower, but this looks like it could really be a solid action title. If the reviews are decent, this could be a purchase for me....

Eh? It's a third-person shooter? Dayum. I was hoping it was a reboot of the squad-based exploration/strategy game of old.

EDIT: Space Hulk I think it was called.

    Gears of Ultramarines?
  • BuddyChrist #9 1 year ago

Keep in mind that an Ork Nob is just as big in size as a Space Marine.

Can't have orks without the odd Nob joke...

Space hulk! - that was marines vs tyrinids (gene stealers)

I fondly remember playing Space Hulk on my Sega Saturn - man, some parts of that were tricky. Loved it though.

TBH thanks to Replic I have regained my love for 40K. The DoW series has been so well executed and I am now excited about anything Warhammer. Yeah even the MMO!

I still shout: "To the LEFT! OVERWATCH!" from time to time :)

Or was that the PC version?

    @Dizzy
It was funny when you sent them along paths that got them stuck behind another marine

    'Lucian....GET OUT OF MY WAY!'
  • strangerism #14 1 year ago

why on hell developers nowadays have to come forward in these videos and tell all sort of silly statements trying to sell their games

'space marines are implanted with new organs', 'orcs can ravage countless worlds' 'there are shamans with magical powers' blah blah blah

It reminds me of those over hyped Dragon Age 2 PR videos

    nothing new here, move along

Day 1 Purchase. Wher's the Collectors edition ?
  • telboy007 #16 1 year ago

I want the uber hardcore mega turbo death dealing super collectors edition, the one with a full size space marine model with working bolter. Shouldn't be too expensive.
  • bigmick #17 1 year ago

id love to see this mmo'd
  • KDR_11k #18 1 year ago

I don't think relic ever depicts orks as acting on their own plans, they're always led around by someone else to help with more sinister goals.

Wonder if that whole "interprets the rules in his own way" talk means you can get corrupted by the chaos.

This seems to be 3rd person ?? i was under the definite impression that it was going to be first person, but 3rd person would be much cooler so bring it on!!!

I still have my doubts to be honest it looks a little repetitive killing orcs with a maximum of 2-3 kind of moves will be boring for me after an hour or two. The whole story is also very cliched for someone who followed dawn of war.
I do hope they manage to do something interesting with it but I won't get my hopes up.
