Apparently LA is full of ruthless, bloodsucking creatures who lurk in the shadows, shunning the daylight. There's also been a vampire infestation. Tonight, as heavy rain dulls the senses of the nightwalkers, justice carries a big gun.

i thought it was quite a good premise. Until it went all shooty.

But you're right about its looks - in this day it should look closer to those FMV snippets than that old-looking game footage.
