Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria - Trailer

We reviewed the rather lovely Valkyrie Profile 2 on import way back in October last year, awarding it a hefty 9, but Square Enix have only just got around to releasing it over here. It's out today, and there's a lot of worse ways to spend your cash.

    I love the graphics and art style in this game; it's like Final Fantasies IX and XII collided.

    Not sure whether to get this just yet. I've got loads of games which need completing first really (including FFXII), but it's only £18 on some websites (play.com for example), and we should really encourage Squeenix with these lower-calibur releases.

    it's not lower calibur by any standards. this is tri-ace, and this is much better to some people than FF
