"What happened to the blood?"
Do you see any age verifying panel? Most likely, hence no blood. It was probably turned off in the trailer, so that the game doesn't become notorious and end up with bad press, before it's even on retail shelves.
Maybe that also means that there's quality gameplay to back this game up, which the developers would rather focus people's attention on?
