    Less Skyrim & more Rimjob.

Impressed that the woman character sacrificed armour that would actually protect for something that would look good on a Milan catwalk.

Was kinda hoping that this video would show off the gameplay a little and confirm whether or not I actually want this, unfortunately it's all dialogue and cutscenes so I'm none the wiser.

Any chance of an actual gameplay vid that shows off a little of the game world and maybe some combat?

    How hard did you look?

There's gameplay 3:30 in you doofus.

"There's gameplay 3:30 in you doofus."

Nice insult, but running through a corridor isn't exactly representative of the whole game is it? At least I hope it isn't. I wish some people would actually engage their brains before posting on this site.

I am just playing the game, it is utterly wonderful. Easily up there with Oblivion, Risen, Divinity 2 and the likes.
I think it might be the best looking RPG so far. And some gameplay mechanics are really innovative (spellmaking, crafting..).

Oh and loadings take about 1 second on PC. It plays perfectly with x360pad too, so comfortable. And dialogues are pretty well written, even if it's no Torment (not like anything else is).

Best looking!? That video (in HD) looks like a Playstation 2 game and the animations are awful.

I'll never understand why developers will go to such great lengths to make characters, write dialogue and make a game, then put the most god awful voice acting they can find on it.

Seriously, what the hell is up with those conversation animations.
  • Murton #7 1 year ago

Have to agree with Shikasama, it doesn't look at bad as a PS2 game but definitely isn't up to par with current day releases, the flat textures and dodgy animation do remind me somewhat of Oblivion.

It's funny the way that RPG devs all seem to cut the same corners when it comes to making their games but still manage to get away with it. Makes me wonder if they'll continue to get away with it once they finish removing all the RPG mechanics, I guess we'll find out with DA2 and Skyrim.

I'm guessing that's the 360 or PS3 version, I've played a bit on the PS3 and it looks like shit, just as in the video.

"It does exist, we've played it."

    You have my sympathies.
  • Paul_cz #10 1 year ago

It might look like shit on consoles (most games do, compared to PC) but it looks awesome on PC in max details and 1920*1200. Animations could be better, there I agree.
Voice acting is subjective, I like it. Main character has a voice similar to Jack Bauer, heh :).

I really liked the first few minutes. But once it opens out and you're running across bland plains being chased by a menagerie of horribly animated, stylistically disparate cretins, it quickly grew tiresome. Ant, boar, wolfman, and baboon - why do you all hate me equally but have no problem with one another??

I'm waiting as long as possible on this one to ensure topware get little to no money from me. DAII will make that wait very easy indeed.
  • Mr_Brown #14 1 year ago

Can I buy this for sun £30 or get it in shops? No? Well then it's not out then, it'll be out when I can buy it pre owned so Topware don't get a penny of my money.

At first glance, the difference between this and Dragon Age II is a canyon - massive. BioWare's slick, smart presentation makes this look amateurish. As for depth - who knows? Two Worlds II didn't pick up 7/10 for nothing.
  • Caimbeul #16 1 year ago

Why is Eurogamers video player so rubbish?
  • darc #17 1 year ago

If Reality Pump wants to sell me a $60 sequel to a game as notorious as Two Worlds, they should have come prepared with a demo. Sorry guys, I am very interested in your game, but I'm not gonna just roll the dice. Catch ya in the used bin.
  • unusualsin #18 1 year ago

    Order the game from CDON.com
I have it. Don't know how far they ship though.

This game has got average scores at best - Edge scored it 5/10. Instead of TWII I opted and can recommend Divinity II: Dragon Knight Saga. A game that has received very good reviews from critics and gamers. The demo is available on XBL and plays well - the full game is huge and the more you get deeper into the game, the more it opens and surprises!... Quest are varied and interesting, plays well and is very good mixture of adventure, exploration, action with rpg; all with quality graphics and scale and funny too in certain areas.

Please note that Divinity II: DKS is the revamped and much improved in all area reissue from the previously rush released Divinity II: Ego Draconis...DKS also comes with the extra large expansion pack.

Well worth checking rather then the disappointing Two Worlds II - DKS looks, sounds, plays better in all areas.

If they want to challenge Dragon Age they need to make the swords 9metres long.

That shrug really makes me laugh; It's a bit Thunderbirds/Team America:)
