CD Projekt's boobs and beasts adventure gripped many of you in its edgy adult grasp last year, but the developers have decided that there's more polish which could be applied to the twin swords of Geralt. They've even gone so far as to say that this special edition is 'devoid of all criticisms levelled at the original'. So, 10/10 then.

    I do recommend it/ If you never played this, you never played a real RPG, just as Mass Effect.

    ha ha - don't even mention this in the same breath as Mass Effect. It might be an estranged (very distant) cousin of Mass Effect (because of the engine) but ME had loads better style over this.

    Maybe the extended version is different, but i owned the original, got to the village (after the witcher fortress bit) ran around in mmo styley for some of the yokels.

    I mean c'mon! people complain about MMOs then they love it when people make offline versions?!? MMOs are only fun because you play with others! The gameplay they contain isn't usually that fun - so why people would want to play a game like that is beyond me!

    And don't get me started on the click-clickety-click-click combat.

    Oh and the Camera.

    What are you talking about?

    The Witcher is ace. And a much, much better RPG than Mass Effect. Mass Effect is the better shooter, though.

    mass effect was fun as long as you ignored all the ballsy side quests and played the main storyline as an shouty horny lesbian starship captain, and not as the bloke
