The concept is good, they really need to work on some of the 80's laser sound effects though i think.

Hmmm - looks good - seen no hype about this at all yet, but is my sort of thing, if they can get some polish on it (ie its more than just a good engine...)

Agreed, has great potential if they can smooth off the edges and replace the Doom and Star Wars sound effects. Not sure I like the art style that much, the universe doesn't seem half grimy enough, but it's liveable with.

To be honest, if they pull off the kind of variety this is hinting at, I wouldn't mind too much about the graphical fidelity. But that's just me...

It's by the same guys who did Boiling Point, so the chances are it'll be huge and ambitious but crippled by bugs.
