This classy indie title received 90,000 Euros in funding from CultuurInvest, showing great faith in development studio Tale of Tales. These are the guys responsible for unique MMO screensaver 'The Endless Forest' where everybody is a deer. Well worth a peek.

Looks like some interesting ideas, but then falls into horror genericism. Do horror games ever really work on the PC? I can't really think of any which haven't been better suited to consoles. Anyway, hopefully a decent effort from a small, indie development team.

You've never played Alone in the Dark now have you Triggerhappytel? Call of Cthulhu? Scratches? There are others. And why exactly shouldn't horor and suspense games work on the PC? Fear, cold sweat and goosebumps are not exclusive to the console-crowd :).

@Gurrah - not really. The only AitD I've sampled was the ropey The New Nightmare, and I've played Dark Corners of the Earth a bit, but on Xbox. Never heard of Scratches until you just mentioned it.

You've got to admit though, all the best horror games of the last few years have been console-based. Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Project Zero - there is something about them which doesn't translate well to PC.
