When the earth is invaded by monsters, it's obviously going to be up to you to round up the screaming crowds and get them to safety. You know, it's a good job that these heroes, the survivors and especially gifted people who end up having to save the world, are generally quite conscientious chaps and not, say, narcoleptics or chronic alcoholics.
