was it just me or did the ps3 not look quite as impressive when actually running? especially the F1 game compared to the trailers! liked the web browser though.

Hell, playing an ocarina makes star wars kid look like James Dean.

Fucking students spending my taxes (if I was paying them) on games. Was there anyone with a proper job in that line-up?

Some real E-list celebs there too. Love them not having any idea what its about. That chick is nice tho.

Nice show, but I hate dudes who get paid for nothing... they have no clue about gaming. Like the US PS3 launch had Charlie Murphy and that Fat Guy ranting about 5h|t... p|553D me off!

Christ that entire show was very mainstream, eurogamer could have at least take the piss abit or is the whole thing a parody?

The fat tomb raider bloke at the end is a complete jackass, I love the way he tried to put tomb raider over to teenages, "the games might be getting worse every year but at least shes got a nice bum!"

Mario and Sonic laugh in their money pools, lara croft sits in the tub.

You guys really need to sort out this buffering malarkey.

I mean if you want people to watch and it's not available you get one, possibly two shots at them coming back before people vote with their feet and never come back.

What do you do when your rivals are already on the market and you want your customers to think that your system is the one to wait for?

PR answer: make some house with a couple of consoles in it.
Real answer: Create a brilliant line-up of all-time classic games that everybody wants.

After spending a night playing on a PlayStation 3 a couple of days ago I can only describe the section on the PS3 house as the worst kind of marketing garbage.

Presumably Eurogamer TV is actually produced by someone different to the website itself - since it featured no honesty, nothing of relevance and nothing original. Basically a long dull advert.

I find it 100% impossible to believe any real gamer who spent some time with the PS3 wouldn't have commented on the fact it looks like a bad Betamax VCR, that Genji is one of the worst games ever made, and that the controller feels lighter and less responsive than a pack of crisps.

Still it's was obviously more important to mention that Sony had arranged it so that you could watch a movie whilst taking a dump...

Thank god Consolvania is back soon and shame on you guys.

Cripes, this episode was dull.

Where was all the humour or genuinely insightful content from past shows? Less of the fat faced executives spouting nonsense and more of the Rare, Chernobyl and Xbox retrospective style bits please. Pretty please.
