Yeah Dark Void looks promising, not much of a fighting game fan but that might be because of the 360 DPad.

absolute idiots, never get a sony pad if you are a fighting game enthusiast. (unless you have mainly tap inputs as VF and chikken do, though this is not perfect) Either grab a very solid arcade stick or get any eight way controller with the d-pad on a single pivot, otherwise get prepared for some sore thumbs and lots of irritation.
