I also like the fact that the bloke said the game is meant to look rubbish because it's based on B-movies. Best defence ever.

Yeah, that's genius alright, if anyone criticises the look of the game then they can say "it's because you just don't get it, man! Any criticism about the looks is missing the irony."
Can't wait for someone to say "it's supposed to crash every 20 seconds. It's a comment on the short attention spans of the modern - ooh look a blue car!"

The Wiimote is slightly laggy but it's still vastly superior in shooters to waiting for a pad to move the reticule around. (I have the original Quake on the homebrew channel and it's great with the Wiimote.) I'm really looking forward to move for this very reason.
