How can you take the piss out of the Daily Mail? The Daily Mail takes the piss out of itself rather efficiently without blinking an eye, so what's left for other people to do?

    This looks good.

was looking forward to this game but ever since they put in the American football style announcers I've hated hearing any of the soundtrack.
Oh well my Wii is up for sale anyway so don't matter no more. Too late guys.

Is the producer speaking Entish or is the translator leaving out 90% of what he is saying?

one day, if one is lucky enough, there will be a wii game comments section without some tool proudly announcing they are selling theirs, as if anybody actually gives a shit.

this game looks great, not long to go before release as well.

My car is up for sale (a pope mobile). Nobody gives a shit.

    @Santino

At least nobody has mentioned "dust" in anger yet. I love anonymous people stating how cool they are.

    I dunno; I guess it's kinda funny. I guess it's kinda sad....

Thank God for these guys. The Wii can't do exquisitely realised characters with pockmarked faces and tarnished, scratched shiny armour, so it has to compensate with innovative visual style. And that's what they do.

...also good to see another Wii game where the characters don't look they've come from an early morning kid's cartoon.

I'm a little baffled that at 01:35, Viewtiful Joe 2 and Okami were listed as PS2 games, when they were also released for the Gamecube and Wii respectively.

    Anyway, MadWorld looks great.
  • _Price_ #18 3 years ago

PS2 was the lead platform for Okami (Wii version was an enhanced port). Not sure about Viewtiful Joe 2 though, think they came out around the same time.
  • cerebralbored #19 3 years ago

True, although I still think that the video should have mentioned that Okami was on the Wii too, considering that this video feature was about MadWorld, a Wii game.

You're right to assume that Viewtiful Joe 2 was released for the Gamecube and PS2 around the same time, as the PS2 version was released about 2/3 weeks after the Gamecube version.

Speaking of Viewtiful Joe, I hope that Capcom lets Platinum Games make Viewtiful Joe 3, as the second game had a (sort of) cliffhanger ending.
  • Escher #20 3 years ago

The reason it sayes PS2 for Okami and viewtiful Joe is that the footage is actually from that platforms version

Why must minkley always speak in that annoying mocking tone? Does he do it on purpose (to appeal to Mr Sarcastic Young Man maybe), or is he just made that way?

next gen. next gen. next. gen. since when? so pc and the wii are both in the past? i mean... this is so next generation. i mean... its not like its 2009 allready? and there sure as hell arent graphics cards out there that can stand shoulder to shoulder to the nextgen consoles visual outputs. right? am i right? wait.... lemme check that again... what? but... how? im... wrong? when did this happen? but... that... that must mean that these consoles arent realy next gen... theyre more like current gen...? we have all been decieved! and when nvidia pumps out their new set of graphics cards what are you gonna call them? youre still gonna call these consoles next gen? how about in 2 years? how about when the next consoles from sony and microsoft hit the shelves? those are gonna be future gen am i right? i mean cous we got next gen? what else could we call them? they have to be from the future right? now let me put all this in one sentence -

next person to say "next gen" gets a free drilling of their forehead.

ps.: game looks ok, bit overhyped thx to the media. gasp! oh noes violence!
