sooo, am I the only one getting a fallout 3 vibe here? Albeit the action-FPS aspect might be a little more developed, with the alternative melee attack and all.

never even heard of this game until today, now it's on my list of games to get towards the end of the year! Nice guy too, he makes me feel confident that the risk they're taking will be very worthwhile.

There's a sweet vibe coming from this game. Everything from the millions of weapon variations, to the new art style - a little remeniscant of X. Anyone remember that game?

That guy really is very genuine, he actually cares about the state of the gaming industry and about game originality. I really hope Borderlands is great, just wish someone would actually mention what the abilities are.

running around shooting guys in the face, taking no cover and at the same time getting shot in the face and not dying. hope there's a better gameplay mechanic lying there that I'm not seeing yet.
