Vaz's opposition to gaming needs to be seen in the context of his shattered political career. Once a high-flying member of New Labour, numerous allegations of corruption, and association with figures like Nadhmi Auchi and Ali Dizaei have left his reputation in tatters. His attacks on gaming are that of a ruined politician looking for a soft target in order to build up his media profile back up.

This is a brilliant piece of journalism. It's a huge pity that such a big part of society plays games but it's still regarded as something to be ashamed of and, ever worse, not worthy of serious political debate. They are allowing a part of the UK industry to die or be bought by other countries, that can't be allowed.

I may be spanish (and live in Spain) but still this article made my day. There is still hope for the industry outside North America and that is always good news.

Argh, where's the next video in this series? This one already didn't air on time... Still, if it means the quality is of the same level, then I guess the wait will be worth it.
