Is it an EA one? I can't really pinch a fan-created one without a way to properly credit them.

I am soooo bad at it.
Played 7 online, lost 7.
Scored 1 goal in all 7 games.
My God it makes me feel bad.

And what's the point in all of those tricks when they'll help you bugger all on anything but the easiest difficulty?
EA, please simplify the controls, focus on people having fun playing the game (rather than trying to memorize the button layout), try making the players actually look like the real players and please don't use Rooney's arse for a menu ever again.
Cheers.

Agree with you about the online, after playing around 250 games or so I gave up on it since everytime I scored 2 goals or more 99% of people quit. When I lose to an opponent, by however many goals, I challenge for a rematch and if they accept and I start winning, they then quit and take away any chance of getting revenge. It's so childish. I only play online with friends now, they won't take the game as seriously and even if they do they won't rage quit.
Have to disagree with you about the single player though. I play it on Legendary and it's a great challenge but I win quite regularly. There's definately some rubber-band AI once you string a few wins together but otherwise, the CPU is quite fair. I suggest you keep coming back for more, even if the CPU beats you. You can learn what works for you, what the CPU does wrong etc. You'll find that the tactics you used on the previous difficulty setting are no longer effective. You have to up your game and not be as predictable in the same way the CPU does.

Buy NHL 11 instead, the right analogue stick does about 75% of the work, I think you only use two buttons. It's also far better than FIFA from a purely gaming perspective (particuarly if you like the idea of Virtual Pro, which makes far more sense in a smaller playing area).
Oddly it's never really gained a following in the UK, which is odd as you don't need to be a hockey fan to enjoy it (I haven't watched a real ice hockey game for about 8 years)

I hate hockey but hockey games ARE awesome. Might have to get that one as I havent played one in ages.
