They should have just stuck to nothing but race footage. The trying-to-be-arty first half crap didn't impress at all.

did anyone happen to watch the E3 stage demo of this on gamespot? the game looks immense - a huge map accurately modelled from a real island in hawaii, tons of lush cars with modelled interiors, and massively multiplayer driving! the fact that you can just cruise around online with thousands of others and just pull up to a random at a stop light and have a race on one of the hundreds of circuits mapped out.
