Not really. It's a re-presentation. It includes the same SFII from the arcade, allegedly correct to scrutinous comparison; and there's a version where all the gameplay has been updated, and made more accessible.
SFIV doesn't appear to be bringing enough of its own to make it something I could anticipate.

ARE YOU NUTS?!!! It's all about this game man! I'd agree with you if you were talking about SF3 and it's deformed characters but SF4 is a something a 'true' fan would dream about. The 3D versions sucked and I'm so glad (as well as others) that it's stayed true to it's 2D nature. Alot has gone into this and people's expectations are completely out-doing themselves.
