Because Stranglehold's inspiration is rooted so firmly in John Woo's corking action film Hard Boiled, Sony has decided to include it in the Blu-ray. Good show, old bean.

Developers will just have to fill it with movie content like this to try and convince us that the jump to Blu-ray was really worth it.
It's all a bit gimmicky if you ask me. When are we going to see a game REALLY benefits from the tech.

You'll never see Blu-Ray fully used in cross platform games. They're developed to fit on DVD for 360 (and Wii).
The benefits of Blu-Ray won't really be apparent for a couple of years, I expect, although there are already developers saying they've used more than a DVD's worth of space.

bundling the film in too is a great idea (again providing it doesnt increase the price) it would sway me ito buy the PS3 ver if both 360 and PS3 version were identical aside from the movie content.
Note: it said available in limited quantities at the end of that trailer...??
