Star Ocean's next-gen debut is looking really rather crisp these days, although it still seems to be sticking to the formula of annoying small magic girls, over-enthusiastic cat-earned thieves and grumpy emo warriors. Still, Edge Maverick. Nice.

What's the point of setting something in a futuristic universe if your going to plonk your ship down in monument valley next to a pick-up truck.
And what was that guy doing to the cat-girl towards the end!? Looked dodgy to me.
