A Spring 2008 date at the end, and all the text in-game shown is in english, with any luck wont have to hope for too long.

Surely the biggest market for games like this is Japan, and since the 360 is in distant last place there it doesn't seem like the best decision to make it for the 360. Doesn't look like anything the Wii couldn't handle, or maybe even the PS2.
