FFS tempest, tempest 2000, tempest whatever and now space giraffe, otherwise known as tempest unplayable.

I'm all for creative new idea's in videogames, and old 'Minter appears to be revered by a lot of people but... he's been churning out the same old crap now for years. It's not inventive when you've done it 10 times already.

Awesome. I left some comments on his Livejournal and also downloaded the 700mb version from Llamasoft which looks superb. It *is* WIP so I would expect the visuals to be toned down but if it's like Tempest 2k but with 360 visuals I will be very happy.

Plus it's only going to be 400 points, unlike some overrated and overpriced crap that was released this week.

Im sure I heard samples from "Gorf", "Berzerk", "Defender" and music from "Galaxians", love the "Quotes" when waves are cleared, suitably mad and trippy.
