Sonic Unleashed - Night of the Werehog

9 (3 ratings)

More a short film than a trailer this, really. Quite professionally done too, as you'd imagine. It was put together by professionals, after all. Still, nice to see that extra mile being taken on.

Ok so I didn't actually watch it, It's pretty awesome but who's idea was it to have Sonic turn in to a 'Werehog' in the new game? Really though, because they should be sacked.

You know what I want, I want a cell shaded 2D Sonic platformer with no stupid gimmicks with no story.

Wow, I liked that. Reminiscent of the later Pixar shorts.

What was this for?? a promo of some kind? Does Sonic transform into a warehog in Sonic Unleashed? If so, why?

Nice animation, but hate the direction Sonic has taken these past few years.

Nice little short, I find it a bit weird when characters just make noises instead of actual speech. Did anyone ever watch a kids show called Zap with Neil Buchannon. I'd like to see them use old school sonic sound effects more aswell.
Also why the hell is Robotnik called Eggman that sucks a bag of d***ks

Eggman is the original Japanese name for the doctor/professor and it started becoming the universal naming convention around the time of Sonic adventure i thinks.
plus, its alot better when they dont talk as its much closer to the spirit of the early sonics really, otherwise its too disneyfied.
(so apart from the human kids this doesnt in the least suck a bag of ducks)
