The SOCOM series' first outing on PS3 was confirmed at Gamer's Day '07 in San Diego, and this is the first look at it in action. Although details are sketchy right now, it appears to have a fairly obvious anti-terrorist theme.

It's a multiplayer only PSN title, and it's only been in development for 5 months.

Saying that this might be a stop gap if Zipper Inc isn't even making this does that mean that they're working on a proper Socom 4 or a new IP?

Ouch, slightly perverse use of the word Teaser.
This series has a chronic lack of imagination and (it seems) talented staff.
Is this stuff endorsed by the US military like that other game?
