Sky Crawlers - Trailer and interview

Adapted first from novel to anime movie and now to game, The Sky Crawlers follows a group of young dogfighter pilots in an alternative history setting. We're not sure who the chap in the interview is, but he makes bird noises and appears to be drinking a bottle of urine, so he's probably an author.

    Here's my quick translation.

    I've never really liked flight simluators, but this is kind of easy to play. It seems like something even I could play. Maybe it's because the nunchuck is like a flight stick, and everyone's seen how to use those in comics and film.

    Do you have (taikan kougeki)? [Other person: Yes] I would love to play that.

    Sky Crawlers has fantasy and literary sides to it that help set the scene of the fantasy world "Kildor". [Rough translation]
