Inevitable comparisons aside, there's a paucity of skating games around considering its 'street' value. This new game from EA hopes to focus more on authenticity than 'that other series'. This video lets you decide for yourself if that's a good thing.

Hmmmm. Tony Hawks latest was pretty good in my mind.

Not sure if being realistic is what I want. Will be watching though

The game seems to be excelent. And there's a nice sense of skateboards-actually-go-this-speed-and-behave-like-this. I like it.

Looks really nice. The last 'realistic' skateboarding game I played was R*s Thrasher Skateboarding on the PS1, I spent hours on that game.

fantastic, about time they bought some realism to this genre, you don't even have to watch your skater push in tony hawks, crouching just magically makes you go faster!
