Seems just like GTA with small gameplay improvements.

I think I'll just wait for GTA:4, whenever I play a game that seems similar to a different series I just can't get into it. Happened with Fire Emblem and Advance Wars, I know they're both Intelligent Systems games but they're still different series and I can't play FE without wanting to play AW.

that was pretty well done actually... now, where's Blerk to stick the knife in?

I liked the shameless way that they tried to present it all as innovative - it's exactly the fucking same as GTA. Admit it Volition - you've made a graphically tarted up San Andreas and that's it. That's one of the most shameless rip offs I've ever seen.

Maybe it'll be fun, but I'll definitely wait for GTA4 before deciding which one to buy

Seeing as there's over a year between Saints Row, and GTa4, surely you'd be better off playing Saints Row for 14 months, then getting GTa4?

    I know I will!

Playing this for 1 months then playing GTA4 will make GTA4 feel so much better than it is. Im not saying it wont be one of the best games ever, but just do what I say and GTA4 will be the best thing ever when it comes around.

    And yes, blatant SA ripoff....

Call it whatever, but I think if the script and the whole story is good, this could be a nice game.

Swear to god, I just registered (been lurking for a while) because I've seen the most ludicrous game"play" element that I've seen in a game (or any other establishment that does not sell garments). About six minutes (6:01, exactly) into the film:

"You might be driving along and hear about a sale that is taking place at a clothing store. And there actually will be a sale at that clothing store for the next day or so, and you can go there and get the discount."

    The madness must stop now!!!

I'm preaching to the choir, I suppose, but, come on, FFS (For F*cks Sake).

    The physics were nice...

Uhmm....but this gangsta thing is getting really dull.

Couldn't they do a gta set in a futuristic city?

    With flying cars?
