Irem's blisteringly hard shoot-'em-up was a formative part of our early education in balancing frustration and reward, teaching us that most things worth doing are actually pretty difficult. Surprisingly, this spin-off title is actualy a turn-based strategy game, rather than sticking to the series' blaster roots.

That initial footage is so much better. I have such fond memories of this from when I was a sprog, but I think perhaps it is time to put this series to bed.
