Black Rock Studios are working on this over-the-top off-road title for PC, PS3 and 360, adding to their already impressive racing heritage. Also, they live just down the road from us, and they're very lovely.

The graphics engine produces images that look exactly like those in Flat-Out Ultimate Carnage. In fact those tracks, scenery, lighting, texturing etc could be lifted straight out of that game and just had quad bikes added instead of cars.

Ah, I thought this was Climax. They've been renamed then? This is looking very nice indeed, but I've never really felt Quad games have really worked. Hope this proves me wrong.
