After four minutes I had to stop watching. Why are the people playing the game like it is Fifa 96? There was better ball retention in the first 45mins of "ping pong" against Germany in the world cup.

Eurogamer; if you insist on doing a 15min video, at least show two competent player of modern footy games.

If this is 15mins of the Edge reviewer playing the Eurogamer reviewer, it is no wonder they gave it 6/10 and 7/10 respectively.

You should have asked a skilled PES player, like the FIFA's producer to do this video; at least it would been worth watching.

No real teamnames? Can't believe this. As if it were ten years ago. Anyone know how it is in the Eredvisie department?

EA signed an exclusive deal with the premier league PES at best can get 2 teams from the premier league in every year. However the players names are right and the likenesses are much better than anything in FIFA.

I hope the players at various clubs will be more up to date at release, Riera and Mascherano have left "Mersey Red" Konami...

You can tell that the Chelsea team is CPU controlled (no power bar on passes) and obviously on Beginner difficulty level. :p

Shame the demo doesn't show a higher difficulty level.

edit: I was wrong, I can definitely see power bars lol. K, one of them sucks then.

If Konami were happy to throw the game out the door unbalanced and with gameplay bugs, then the teams would be completely accurate at release. But they sensible balance the game and have cut off points in which teams are locked. They then can patch the team changes in a later update, which gives the best of both worlds.

I'd much rather play a properly QAed game with slightly older rosters, than an up-to-date one that wasn't balanced or tested.
