Pokemon Ranch Channel is a Wii Software title developed by Ambrella, who previously made Hey You! Pikachu! (N64), Pokemon Channel (GCN), and Pokémon Dash (DS. The wee beasties can be uploaded from Diamond and Pearl cartidges and will be free to frolic, fight and, possibly, fornicate in a farm-like environment supervised by your Mii.

at a geuss, I'd say they offset the fact they couldn't be asked to put too much time into it by the fact they're actually going to have 1000 of the bloody things on the screen at the same time.
Well, that's one way to offset the laziness at least.
