Apparently there are 'other' websites on this internet thingy and some of them are even worth looking at. Penny Arcade is a web-comic with a huge following - based loosely around a gaming theme. Now they've decided to do a game of their own.

It is going to be cell shaded, they explaine on the site that it was originally just going to be the cartoon teaser, but at the last minute excitment got the best of them and they tagged on some of the game footage without the effects being ready for public yet, like the cell shading not being there at all yet.
