Goose, Maverik, Iceman and the other guy as unlockable characters in "Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball 2" ftw.

This title looks decidedly poor - go back the the start, the second F-14's wing would go straight into the blast protector (or whatever) of the first plane.

And just who even used the F-14 anymore - it pretty much universally sucks.

/Got heavily into Falcon 4.0 at the time (500 page manual) / Knows way too much about jet fightering.

Hehe Looks ok, but the dogfight wasnt that intense. The ship explosion was cool, but the air ones suck.

but go back to the start and notice that when it takes off the first plane is gone and the shield thingy is down.

aircraft carriers don't have loads of space on them, so sometimes you might have to do things in a certain order.

Actually a well done and propper licenced Top Gun game would probably sell pretty well. Shame this looks like a pile of crap.

As if there was still need to bash this game (there isn't but I will anyway), the plane that takes off from the carrier goes straight off the deck. Don't planes drop rather obviously when they leave the deck ?

Extrodinarily average looking for the most part. The draw distance on the cities was the only thing that even approached next gen.

I too lament the abscence of Strike Commander, it had a nice balance of sim and arcade to it.
