I know that in the original FO3, there is debris and litter all over the floor, which breaks up the squareness of the building interiors, which NV can't have (because the owners would keep the places clean as it's a business). But that shot of the room with a dozen or so chairs just stood about, and barely anything else - it looks like the sort of mistake someone new to FO3 modding might make.
Also, the rooms with the gambling looks like they've been built purely for the player to go and gamble. It reminds me of those secret debug rooms in Duke Nukem (and other games), that had every weapon and powerup so you could test out parts of a map.
Waaay to sparse. And for a game that's supposed to show off the glamour or the Strip, it seems very bland.
I actually had the CE on pre-order, because I was a HUGE fan of FO3 (also 1 and 2). Thanks to these recent videos I am waiting for reviews before I think about picking it up.
