Does this version have gore? The decision to replace blood with ash in the Wii version kinda ruined it for me.

Aren't trailers supposed to promote, AND inform...So, when's the game actually out, and where? (I've seen listings, but haven't we all)
Pre-order bonus(es)/limited editions, some kind of date of availability, maybe.
