Despite being a high-ranking evil doer of ill-repute, Elizebet obviously feels it necessary to try and distract her opponents by exposing them to her slinky midriff and cleavage. Given the chance, who wouldn't be asking the lords of hell for what would appear to be a bespoke bikini made entirely from evil.
