Dreadful film . I loved TRON back in the eighties (and Wargames) . The PC game TRON 2.0 was decent too . Is that Faith from Mirrors Edge ?

However, I'll be the first to admit that the story of the first film wasn't brilliant and it only sticks so deeply in the mind for the art direction and the effects sequences.
Which makes me worry that everything looks a bit too real in the computer world now... The simplistic effects of the first film actually contributed to the other-worldliness; and although everything in that world is some kind of a virtual construct, there now seems to be too much attention to physics and physicality. In particular, the lightcycles now lean and do natural sweeping turns, rather than the distinctively impossible right-angle turns they used to; and why is there mist, spray and weather?

I agree with an earlier poster about slight disappointment in how "realistic" the computer world looks (unless it's *not* the computer world this time, somehow...)
But still, I'm looking forward to this tremendously.
