Perhaps much is subject to change, as is the case with Valve's games. They're really shooting themselves in the foot by not showing much. Hardly anyone was taking the beta keys until this website was linked to on 4chan, and even then the rate at which the keys were taken was surprisingly slow.
Conceptually, it really is unique and innovative. I'm curious if the end product will be, too.
